PawNest ships to addresses in the United States.

Processing

Orders typically enter fulfillment within 1–3 business days after payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated transit times

Items stocked in a US partner warehouse commonly arrive 3–8 business days after processing. Items fulfilled from overseas warehouses may take 7–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, we send it by email and display it on your order status page. Early scans may show “label created” before the package moves.

Shipping rates

Standard US shipping is $6.99 for orders under $49. Orders of $49 or more qualify for free US shipping.

Delays

Weather, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, and other events outside our control may extend delivery times. Contact info@jitechnologysolutions.com if your order is significantly past the estimated window and tracking has stalled.
