PawNest ships to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no surcharges at checkout.

Processing

Orders typically enter fulfillment within 1–3 business days after payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated delivery

Orders ship directly from our overseas supplier and typically arrive 7–20 days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

We email your tracking link as soon as it becomes available, and it also appears on your order status page. Early scans may show “label created” for a few days before the package starts moving, which is normal.

Delays

Weather, customs, carrier disruptions, and peak seasons can extend delivery times. If your order is significantly past the estimated window and tracking has stalled, contact us — under our refund policy we'll refund or reship.
