Refund policy

We want you to receive the item you ordered in good condition.

Eligible issues

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if the wrong item arrived, an item arrived damaged or defective, or an item is missing from the package. Email info@jitechnologysolutions.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

How we resolve issues

After reviewing the claim, we may reship the product or refund the purchase price. Shipping charges are also refunded when PawNest or its fulfillment partner is at fault.

Not eligible

We generally cannot refund a change of mind after fulfillment has started, used items unless defective, orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, or delays that remain within the stated delivery window.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible. If fulfillment has not started, we can usually cancel and refund the order. Once fulfillment begins, cancellation may not be available.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may require several business days to post the credit after we issue it.
